We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. That’s why all of our packages are completely customizable. If you’d like anything changed, we’ll work with you to create your ideal experience. Let us know if there’s a service you’d like that you don’t see listed. We’d love to create for you!
Please note:
*If a drone add-on has been added and weather or act of god circumstance occurs then a reschedule date will be set within 24 hours of the shoot date. If a re-shoot isn’t an option then a refund of the drone add-on will be made.
*Payment is due the day of the shoot. If there's a need to cancel or reschedule let us know 24 hours ahead of time.
*Subject to scope of the content created, all packages have a 14-day turn around time from the shoot date
*Re-editing window is 7 days after all files have been submitted and the client notified. Edits needed after the 7 day grace period will be subject to fees.
