Timing varies based on property size. Photography typically takes 45–60 minutes per 1,000 sq ft, while video runs about 60–75 minutes per 1,000 sq ft. Drone services usually add another 45–60 minutes. Our team works efficiently to keep on-site time as short as possible.
As a guide, a 2,500 sq ft listing takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes for photos. Adding video during the same appointment brings total time to roughly 2.5–3 hours.
Editing is completed afterward and averages 90 minutes per 1,000 sq ft, so there’s no need to factor it into your appointment time.
We no longer provide neighborhood aerial video as part of our services. FAA regulations restrict drone flights over populated areas or locations where individuals are not aware of or involved in the shoot. For more details, please refer to the official FAA guidelines.
Our production team focuses on delivering refined, high-end video content, with a typical turnaround of 1–2 business days for editing and color grading. While most projects are completed by the following business day, more complex shoots may require additional time. You’ll be notified with a “Ready” email as soon as your video is finalized.
We focus on capturing the right amount of coverage to best showcase your listing, rather than limiting the number of photos. Pricing is based on square footage, and you can typically expect around 25 images per 1,000 sq ft.
We offer supplemental photo sessions for situations where you only need a small number of updated images—such as new landscaping, improved weather, or recent upgrades. These sessions are a cost-effective way to enhance your listing without booking a full shoot.
Please note, these are not a replacement for standard photography. For pre-listing needs, we also offer a Pre-Marketing shoot, which includes 1–10 exterior images only (no interior coverage).

If you don’t require full property coverage, we also offer hourly photography (1-hour minimum), which typically yields 15–25 images depending on the property.
Standard photography sessions cannot be substituted with these smaller shoots. For full coverage, please select a package or contact us for hourly options.

*If a drone add-on has been added and weather or act of god circumstance occurs then a reschedule date will be set within 24 hours of the shoot date. If a re-shoot isn’t an option then a refund of the drone add-on will be made.
*Payment is due the day of the shoot. If there's a need to cancel or reschedule let us know 24 hours ahead of time.
*Subject to scope of the content created, all packages have a 14-day turn around time from the shoot date.
*Re-editing window is 7 days after all files have been submitted and the client notified. Edits needed after the 7 day grace period will be subject to fees.
